Job Responsibilities:

1. Establish standard production processes.
2. Production line abnormality identification and problem-solving.
3. Process equipment inspection and troubleshooting.
4. Inspection of process equipment and key parameters.
5. New technology process development.
6. Raw material and product quality control monitoring.

Compensation: Negotiable (regular salary of NT$40,000 or above)

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: Primary location in Surabaya, Indonesia, with occasional visits to company headquarters in Taoyuan City, Taiwan

Business Travel: Travel required, cumulative time of less than three months per year

Working Hours: Day shift, 09:00 - 18:00

Time Off: Two days off per week

Start Date: Flexible
