110學年度第1學期外籍博士續領獎助學金(原博四博五獎助學金)申請方式如下：

申請日程：110年06月07日上午9:00 (一) 至110年06月18日 (五) 下午5:00止 (逾時不候)

獎助對象：臺科大外籍研究生獎助學金受獎期滿或未受領任何獎助學金之博三(僅針對逕讀生)、博四以上學生

申請方式：考量近期疫情嚴峻，改為線上遞交相關申請文件，線上申請表單: https://forms.gle/SUy15X8B7jtKaqxb9

受獎內容及資格：請參閱附件

獲獎公告:於110年7月12日(一)公告，申請者繳交之相關審查資料以收件當時為主，獲獎名單一經公告不可修改

2021 Fall Semester NTUST Scholarship for Continuing International Ph.D. Students

Dear students,

 

I am pleased to announce that the application for the “2021 Fall Semester NTUST Scholarship for Continuing International Ph.D. Students” begins from June 7 to June 18, 2021. The guideline for this scholarship program is attached. Please read the following information and the guideline thoroughly if you plan to apply for the scholarship.

 

Eligibility:

1.          A current Ph.D. student who is going to do 4th year (or above) of doctoral study.

2.          A Master’s student who entered the fast-track Ph.D. program at Taiwan Tech and has been awarded the NTUST Scholarship for a complete period of four years.

3.          Please note that students who are receiving other forms of financial aid from the R.O.C government or other sources are NOT eligible to apply.

4.          Regarding the Academic papers, applicants should be either the first author or the first author excluding their advisor.

 

Required Documents for Application:

  1. A photocopy of Alien Resident Certificate
  2. A photocopy of Postal Saving Account
  3. An official transcript of all coursework taken under the Ph.D. program
  4. A recommendation letter from your advisor
  5. Academic papers that you have submitted, have published, or that have been accepted in SCI/SSCI journals. (Conference papers are NOT acceptable)

 

Award Period: 2021.09.01~2022.01.31

 

When & How to apply:

1.          Please refer to the attached guideline and read it thoroughly.

2.          In response to pandemic prevention measures, the application is all “ONLINE”. Google form: https://forms.gle/SUy15X8B7jtKaqxb9

3.          The application period is from June 7(Mon.) 9:00a.m. - June 18(Fri.)17:00p.m. Please fill in the google form and upload all the required documents no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, June 18, 2021. Late submission will not be accepted.

4.          Please double check all information and upload documents are correct before you submit your application. Please note that any modifications of your application information will NOT be accepted after your submission.

 

The application result announcement:

The result will be announced via school email on July 12, 2021. The result cannot be changed or upgraded after the announcement, even if your academic paper status is updated during the application period.
